e have 21 injection molding machines with sizes ranging from 30 tons to 825 tons and shot size ranging from 2.5 oz to 128 oz.
In 2013 we implemented a program to replace all of our older mid 90’s vintage hydraulic machines with faster more energy efficient all electric and servo hydraulic machines.
Not only are the new machines faster and more energy efficient, they also have more accurate process controls. Repeatability is extremely accurate from shot to shot, thus ensuring consistent quality.
Along with our recent building addition, Innovative has added ancillary equipment. This new cooling system with chemical treatment, material drying equipment, chillers and 5 ton overhead crane to expedite mold changes.
